- Established relationships with local and global video game companies/publishers. - Worked with global video game publishers on age rating their games or offer consultations regarding the Saudi market. - Worked on detailed reports on the video game market in Saudi Arabia. - Worked in a committee elected by the Minister of Media to work on improving GCAM's regulatory framework and operations. - Led one of GCAM's most essential and vital initiatives in reconstructing age rating criteria and regulations concerning digital media. - Developed robust and progressive age rating criteria for video games. - Supervised video game content to make sure they're under Saudi content guidelines. - Reviewed and assessed operations performance, developing initiatives for continuous process improvement. - Managed various projects related to the Compliance and Control department.

- Managed PlayStation collaborations with other local entities (local development competitions ...etc). - Worked as PlayStation first-party product manager. - Handled video game age rating and clearance processes till launch with General Commission for Audiovisual Media. - Handled localization for all PlayStation titles and products across the MENA region. - Revised and translated materials to improve word choice and refine meanings. - Evaluated translations against source documentation to validate work accuracy. - Planned marketing campaigns (trade & digital) for the upcoming PlayStation titles in Saudi Arabia. - Planned video game activations. - Overseen PlayStation game localization projects. - Supported the leading video game convention in Saudi Arabia (Gamers' Day).
