Commercial • Develop new channel partner to penetrate new market. • Maintain good relationship with existing channel partner. • Maintain maximum 4 hours response time to new and existing channel partner to ensure shortest response time to customer. • Provide pre-sales technical assessment support, on-site support and after sales service support coordination. • Shortlist high potential sales, with potential of high volume or high profit margin project. • Responsible to drive the team to achieve group sales target set by management. • As a group leader who travel to Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore to perform on site machine requirement evaluation together with customer. Technical • Contribute in project requirements clarification and analysis, actively involved in overall architecture planning, design and development, testing, troubleshooting and support. • Drive and monitor project execution to ensure project delivery within committed lead-time and budget. • Working closely with technical team and software development team to design and implement specific turnkey solution according to the requirements provided by customers. • Provide Poka-Yoke solution to customer, make sure no human mistake during production execution. • Provide Continuous Improvement Process, CIP solution to customer. • Responsible for machine stability test, provide graphical data to customer on machine availability. • Perform machine operation training to customer and provide immediate support to customer site for the machine down escalation.

• PLC programmer in Sophic Automation from PLC Engineering team who support on the machine automation and continuous improvement process developments. • Mainly focus development on few types of PLC, including Omron, Keyence, Mitsubishi, and Panasonic (Nais). • Working together with other third party vendors to continuously to improve efficiency of automated process. • Design and develop proposed solutions based on customer requirements. • Responsible for understanding the existing machine architecture, with the purpose to make sure the additional add on components compatible with existing system. • Provide on-site support to customer on mechanical, electrical and PLC programming sequence related issues. • Perform machine preventive maintenance and provide advices to customer from time to time, by following job scope in Maintenance Service Agreement. • Actively involving in project coordination supports and provides training to the users. • Responsible as a project coordinator on requirement gathering and submission with various departments regardless of geographical location for new project readiness.

• PLC technical interns attached to PLC Engineering team who completed 4 months of industrial training at Sophic Automation Sdn Bhd. • Assist PLC Engineering team by providing help in electrical wiring installation and wiring management, PLC basic programming (only involve DI/DO). • Drive 3 projects which are Pick and Place Machine (Pythonic) for Intel (PG 12), Fan Speed Checker (Sony Prai), Paper Printing Production Monitoring System (JP Printer) as to deliver project within committed lead time.
