USA Furniture NJ Assistant Manager Assisting in the day to day running of the USA Furniture Showroom store and responsible for the effective management and welfare of staff as well as ensuring that all objectives are met with maximum efficiency at the minimum cost and to the highest quality standards. Worked closely with the general manager to assist with the overall business management needs of the company insuring USA Furniture reach profitability. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and potential home furnishing vendors.

USA Furniture Retail Sales Manager Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager on sales performance issues, marketing campaign launches and product development. Responsible for managing showroom floor and the sales associate team which includes planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions at our below budget. Supported the warehouse delivery department as an extra hand for large local orders. Also in charge of; informing new furniture products to existing and potential customers utilizing various marketing channels, attending retail marketing conferences, furniture exhibitions, and seminars; making regular face to face and telephone contact with existing and potential customers.

USA Furniture Retail Sales Associate This was a customer facing role where I was responsible for maintaining an in-store presence, and selling a broad range of furniture and home furnishing products that reflected USA Furniture core values which were quality, value and service. I greeted customers as they entered the store, enquired about their needs, offering them advice and guidance as they browsed the showroom. Engaged with customers as they browsed, introducing the benefits of USA`s product range to them. Other duties included serving customers, writing sales invoices, product knowledge training; merchandising; highlighting key offers and in-store promotions.
