Formulate and Monitor new products from bench top phase to the final production scale-up, depending on studies, research and last technologies  Continuously duplicate and develop new formulas and processes related for both established and new products and manage their technical tests process and analyze the results.  Solve production problems related to raw material, formula and production process  Authorize all necessary specification and standards related to raw material, packaging material and finished products.  The Insurance of raw materials and packaging materials are purchased from approved suppliers according to pre-set specifications.  Supervision of quality systems, quality information system, quality control executives, product recalls and the disposition of non conforming product and process engineering.  To ensure that the Iso Management System ( ISO9001:2008) are established , implemented , maintained and updated.  Introducing new products to relevant customers, explain the benefits, specifications, competitive points of new products.  Supervise the technical marketing team, direct contact with VIP customers, insure that Customer Relationship Management system is maintained
