• Execution of the purchase to pay process by ensuring order accuracy, placing purchase orders, processing invoice disputes in a complaint manner for multiple purchasing areas. • Keep track on logistic and operational activities in line with demand. • Maintaining purchasing data including purchasing information record, supplier data and orders placed according to strategic sourcing expectations. • Actively collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on time delivery and planning on manufacturing schedule. • Collaborate with other department to identify trends and improvements to drive automation, create efficiencies based on strategic optimization and procurement strategy. • Support on weekly and monthly purchasing reports.

• Fully responsible for two entities and handling two ERPs (SAP & Iscala) • To source, negotiate and process purchases that comply with the agreed upon specifications, requirements and pricing with supplier • Negotiate / liaise with suppliers on matters pertaining to pricing and set rate card annually • Interact with suppliers to ensure continuity of supplies and to monitor suppliers’ performance • Work together with sales department for Must-win project • Conduct E-bidding for big projects through GEP • To select, evaluate and register suppliers based on competitiveness, qualification and ability to meet company and project requirements. • To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the global team • To maintain a database of vendor quotations / prices / lead times etc. • Support savings tracking processes

• Person in charge of “Ara Bella” collection, responsible for the planning, sourcing and liaising for new local and global supplier • Responsible on purchasing requisition, quotation enquiries and issuance of purchase order • Manage and review supplier performance based on product quality, delivery performance, cost and allocation • Work closely with Marketing team to strategize and implement marketing, promotions, and launch development activities to boost the awareness and sales for “Ara Bella” collection • Observe and analyze surrounding area competitors, compare competitors' selling price and product quality • Track the latest trends for the jewellery industries and react to changes in demand area • Liaise with Outlet personnel to ensure product / collection supply meets demand

• Handle purchasing of raw materials/ consumables and parts in a timely manner which includes sourcing, evaluating and negotiating • Ensure optimum inventory level by monitoring stock movement and review optimum quantity level periodically • Reschedule purchase orders based on exception report • Coordinate with order processing, product personnel and shipping to smooth flow of purchasing activities • Generate weekly and monthly purchasing reports
