Responsible for extrusion line, Mono-Coex machines up to 7 layers, including type of EVOH-PA barrier, PET alongside virgin-regranulated PE plastic raw materials. -Follow up production figures of the machines to increase productivitiy of the plant -Managing and leading production department of plant having 17 blown extruder line, 60 employees, recruiting new blue-collar employees to deparmant -Providing essential support for training of staff -Responsible for enhancement of production according to feedbacks of next processes or customers -Responsible for preparing and editing daily production plan for right sort -Reporting daily OEE -Member of Kaizen team in production related projects. -Demanding and optimizing of maintenance, repair and modification requirements of machines with maintenance team -Being in touch and declaring the conditions of new good's production conditions of any positive-negative situation with R&D team. -Making seasonal presentation to Senior Management -Sharing necessity analyses for innovations about equipment, production quality with quality and purchasing department.

Summer trainee in departmant of Unmanned Air Vehicles structural assembly. Had basic manner of work about unmanned air vehicle which is in a joint-venture with army force, Kale Kalıp.
