Currently Working as Quality/IPQA Officer at Parmann Nutritionals Pvt. Ltd (associated with Unilever). Lalganj, Bihar from August, 2023. Job role :- • Handling Process of Kissan Ketchup. •Performing various RM/PM/FG analytical test like Acid, Salt, Brix, Bostwick, pH,Color,Sensory & Shelf life analysis. • Analysis and maintains data as per HUL guidelines. •Perform analytical testing of Raw materials,In-process sample & finished product. • Preparation of chemicals as per required normality/strength. • Estimation of normality /strength of chemicals like NaoH,AgNO3. •Testing of water and maintaining chlorine level (1-2 ppm) as per HUL guidelines. • Implementing & Monitoring HACCP in the ketchup manufacturing process. • Have handled analytical instruments like Hunter lab,Top load consistometer,weighing Balance. • Monitoring PRP,OPRP & CCP at the site. • Implementation of GMP,HACCP to minimize losses & maximize productivity & further help in process improvement. • Maintaing PCRO & CRQS as per HUL guidelines. • Responsible for Documentation, all over process & Area line clearance before the line started. • Provide Guidance my all IPQA Assistance & also given training related the issue online check in of product.
