• Managing QA&QC Operations Starting from Developing, SOPs, Manual, Brochures along with HACCP, FSMS,QMS, in line with FSSAI Guidelines. • To co-ordinate with all departments For QA,QC Activities. • Part of internal audit team conducting frequent audit for fulfillment of the requirement audits for the food safety management standards. • Being a Food Safety Team Leader, Can build the site specific PRP’s/HACCP Plan with the concurrence of food safety team. • Conducting training Programme for workers,& on-job training to workers on personal hygiene, jewelry policy, GMP, GHP, & Food safety verifying for the same. • Conduct & record GMP audit daily & monitor pest control activities regularly stake corrective action of the gaps of PCI audit. • In-Charge or Monitoring all the QA,QC Activities starting from RM,PM to FG in terms of Food safety as well as it’s shelf-life, Traceability. • Doing RCA & CAPA in case of any Product- non conformity.

Job Responsibillity: 1.Checking and improved quality control procedures from the raw material stage through to the finished product. 2.RM & PM checking, reagent preparation, testing & analysis. 3.Handled SAP related activities in Quality. 4.Implemented and ensured HACCP requirements and its documentation. Coordinated External and Internal audits. 5.Trained the lab chemists on chemical analysis & procedures. 6.Trained the workmen on complete process, jewelry policy, GMP, GHP, Food Safety etc. 7.Online process quality checking along with lab work. 8.Did Clearance of Raw material to finished goods with SAP. 9.Periodic Inspection and indent for laboratory instrument and other requirements. 10.Prepared and presented daily/weekly and monthly QFS report. Green Field Project Responsibility: 1.Prepared the SOP’s, All Documentation & Daily Quality Check Log Book Formats for Khordha 2.plant. Did lab set up & lab documentation. PLANT process & Food Safety (ISO: 22000). 1.Responsible for CCP monitoring. 2.Looked After the Process Plant Activities. 3.Responsible for maintaining all documentation & records of plant. 4.D.Q.I sample analysis & clearance with S.A.P. 5.Conducting monthly & quarterly process Internal Audits. 6.Handled the consumer complaints.
