Key responsibilities: • Define and coordinate action plans to resolve software issues in multimedia systems. • Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction efforts for vehicles in production. • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Product Engineering and supporting teams to secure on-time project delivery and meet quality requirements.

Responsible for Product Engineering and Technical Support departments, managing a multidisciplinary team of 23 professionals. Oversee all R&D projects and coordinate hardware and software development, including validation, homologation, schematic design and PCB prototyping for automotive electronic modules. Key responsibilities: • Management of project execution with automotive clients, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and standards. • Responsible for resource allocation, budgeting, and technical training across engineering and support teams. • Supervise the entire product development cycle, from concept to validation and technical assistance.

Department: Product Development Engineering, Manufacturing and Service Departments with a team of 44 associates. • Responsible for the department of Product Engineering, Manufacturing and department of services and technical assistance; • Develop and approve local and international suppliers; • Schedule coordination and all phases of product pre-launch; • Responsible for QMS ISO9001; • Follow-up of the KPI's of the Production and monitoring of the quality of the product; • Prospecting of corporate clients for sales of Maintenance Contracts and other services; • Manage and implement processes of technical certification and training for all accredited technicians and representatives in Brazil.

• Responsible for current programs and new global programs development of Battery Cable , Battery Fuse Terminals and high voltage wiring harnesses (S10, Trailblazer, Cobalt, Spin, Onix, Prisma, Agile, Montana); • Focal point for North America , South America , Thailand, Russia , Korea , Indonesia and other GM plants; • Technical meetings coordination with suppliers during all phases of the project (PDT Leader); • Prototypes monitoring, durability testing, pre-production and production of the product; • Cost reduction application in current products and new developments;
