Responsible for recruitment operations for: • Padma Resort Legian • Padma Resort Ubud • Padma Hotel Semarang • Padma Hotel Bandung • Resinda Hotel Karawang Key responsibilities: • Lead full-cycle recruitment (executive to operational level) • Partner with General Managers & Department Heads on manpower planning • Strengthen employer branding initiatives • Standardize recruitment processes across properties • Build talent pipelines for future leadership roles • Manage campus hiring & internship programs • Monitor recruitment KPIs and hiring efficiency

As the Human Resources Officer at Padma Resort Ubud, I play a key role in supporting the resort’s staff and creating a positive work environment. I’m responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, benefits administration, and Learning & Development. My role also involves organizing events, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and initiatives aimed at fostering teamwork, such as staff outings, training workshops, and wellness programs.

I gained hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources within a hospitality setting. I assisted the HR team in daily operations and contributed to key projects related to employee engagement, training, and recruitment. This role provided me with a solid foundation in HR practices and deepened my understanding of employee management in the hospitality industry.
