* Supporting sale team who settle in Taipei for develop new styles from development stage till bulk stage * Contact with supplier for sample material and tracking status to ensure all get ready prior proto/ saleman sample inline * Prepare Product Instruction in both English and Vietnamese version base on Techpack and CK's workmanship manual. * Handling AGP/ ERP and coordinate with related department to provide all neccessary material to sample room. * Collecting fabric/ trim consumption and SMV for costing. * Packing garment and booking courier for sample shipment, and give suggestion/ comment to customer for review. * When buy plan release, get prepare for FIT/ PP sample and testing prior bulk production * Holding handover meeting to production before inline. * Follow up raw material delivery status and production progress at the factories. * Prepare packing plan/ label for packing and booking shipment with shipping dept.

* Main contact with CCDA for new development styles from SS20 to FW21, and arrange 2D/3D styles to team member. * Review BU's calendar and highlight focus point to the team. * Leading visual sample project and training team member to get use to CLO software - Following timeline to Download 3D packs which include AI report/ CLO file from Creation Portal. - Download and checking zFAB, and report to Smart sheet system for any missing. - Checking CLO file vs AI report then create Feasibility check file and submit to Flex PLM. - Audit CLO file and then submit to CCDA through Creation Portal and Flex PLM - Audit physical virtual comparison when 2D/3D garment finish. * Leading physical sample development. - Receiving material download file from LOVN's email and share to team to purchase fabric/ trim prior sample development stage. - Downloading Techpack from PLM system and checking BOM creation from team member. - Review Product Instruction file to ensure all workmanship are matching with Techpack and Adidas manual - Informing related department for sample creation and get fabric/ trim consumption, SMV for costing process. - Collecting all comments/ suggestion to CCDA by put in PLM system. * Coordinate with production for producing sale sample and tracking material/ sale order status * Conduct all testing at development stage base on Adidas testing matrix and ensure all pass before buy ready date. * Collecting all issue/ status from team member and update into Master file to get weekly report done. * Report to supervisor for sample/ saleman order status and testing status

* Handle all customers’ requires such as PO, PI, Invoice, Packing list which issued from VMS system. * Follow up with Planning team daily to ensure on time delivery. * Update customer on status of order in timely manner. * Work with logistic team to book vessel and send all shipping documents. * Handle customer’s complaint, coordinate with QA and related departments to find root cause and corrective action. * Assist in preparing new product development. * Handle weekly and monthly report and report to BOD.

* Support the sourcing team from US, EMEA, Mexico, Canada for prototype and salesman sample orders via email. * Collaborate and develop a strong positive working relationship with external embellishment suppliers, (i.e. printing, sublimation, washing, and embroidery), constantly work to develop and improve their capabilities, negotiate to have most competitive costing. * Work closely with Production Merchandising team to ensure there is a flawless transition from the prototyping development phase to the bulk production phase. * Proactively work with the designated team members to ensure pricing is promptly provided to external customers
