The company is currently based in esteemed accelerators, including NTHU Garage and AppWorks Accelerator #20. It was also selected as one of the top 100 Taiwanese startup showcase companies for CES 2022 from nearly 300 applicants. Supervisor | Managed a team of 6 students from CTPS (NTU course), overseeing A/B testing and implementing unique selling propositions into our Facebook ad strategy, resulting in more than doubling the click-through rate.

Creative Thinking | Promotional event proposal stood out from among 50 submissions, and ultimately attracted over 70,000 participants. Cross-Department Communication | Collaborated across departments to align our subteam's event plan with marketing, filming, and design teams, ensuring successful execution according to the schedule.

Team Leadership | Led a team of 11 people in carrying out brand-new events during the COVID-19 pandemic, achieving a 9/10 satisfaction rate among participants and an 8/10 leadership satisfaction rate within the team. Problem-Solving and Adaptability | Implemented a rapid-feedback communication system to proactively address and prevent issues from escalating during the unpredictable pandemic.

Cross-Cultural Communication | Collaborated with the IMBA student council, which consisted of students from diverse backgrounds spanning Asia, Europe, and America.
