I work in the Residential S/C Accounts Department complying with very strict deadlines in completing over 600 year-ends for circa 25,000 residents. I liaise directly with external auditors and Property Managers alike, ensuring that all service charge year-end accounts are reflected accurately across our database within the required time frame. The department is also responsible for maintaining records for all on-going management properties, as well as ensuring the smooth integration of new portfolios, implement budgets and raise all invoices for service charges, associated ground rents and additional recharges to the residents. I have a strong, knowledgeable and enthusiastic team of 14 colleagues who work hard to support each other when facing challenges to ensure that we hit our deadlines.
