I run ADG Technology, an engineering-driven sourcing and product development company based in Taiwan.We support established and leading brands in the bicycle industry in developing and manufacturing high-performance components — from early concept to series production.My background in the bicycle world goes back to the early 1990s, starting from the performance side of mountain biking and evolving into direct involvement with the international bike industry. Since the late 1990s, I’ve been working around products, brands and manufacturing, with early exposure to professional racing environments, trade shows and close contact with leading international manufacturers.I’ve been working in Taiwan since 2002 and have been involved in the bicycle industry for about 30 years. My background combines product development, engineering and hands-on manufacturing experience across both Europe and Asia.Over the years, I’ve worked closely with manufacturers, helping to turn ideas into reliable, production-ready products and scalable manufacturing solutions.What we do:– Engineering support and product development– Supplier sourcing and project management– Cost and process optimization– Quality control and production follow-upADG is not a trading company.
