Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services Manage social media accounts (e.g. Facebook) including daily monitoring, content posting and development Handling with social media and advertisement (HKTVmall, ViuTV, Headline, Metrodaily, Wine luxe, NowTV, etc) Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or ROI & profit-loss projections. Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. Negotiate contracts with vendors or distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks or developing distribution strategies. Organize marketing projects, events and promotions to enhance company sales and market share (e.g. Wine &Dine, Wine Dinner, Product Training, Outreach program, etc) Handle POS and Online shop including promotion Coordinate between retail shop, warehouse, logistics and back office (retail shop expanded from 8 to 19) Work closely with internal and external parties for social media campaign projects, such as, new product launch, license campaign project, etc.

Handle and manage daily operation of the store Perform and report weekly inventory count and keep track of stock level Handle request and enquiries from customers
