- Prepare & analyses monthly Sales Forecast and Result. - Lead the Daily Manufacturing Meeting with Cross Functional Team to ensure Production 100% achievement. - Lead the Monthly ISP meeting with Top management to discuss on next 3 months Inventory, Sales and Production situation. - Plan and process of customer’s P/O to meet delivery dates. - Plan, lead and co-ordinate production schedule and capacity to meet delivery deadline. - Monitor and ensure production runs smoothly and accordingly to production schedule set. - Liaise with various parties like production, purchasing, warehouse, quality control & assurance to fulfill all customer requirements. - Monitor the actual delivery requirement versus forecast. - Manage outstanding PO and ensure deliveries are met according to the recovery plan. - Perform forecast comparison by using a waterfall chart to monitor weekly forecast to avoid sudden upside and drop which is not healthy for business. - Monitor the finished goods inventory and take necessary actions to keep the inventory low. - Coordinate factory monthly inventory count activity. Ensure stock count activity carry out smoothly and efficiently. - Participate in implementation, maintenance of SOX & TS audit requirement for planning department. - Participate in the implementation of ISP system for planning section. - Participate in the changing of company ERP system (SAP), as key user for planning section. - Participate in the enhancement of SMT scheduling system.

- Monitor quality of raw and packaging materials and finished products, performance of personal hygiene of the production operators and sanitation of production equipments - To participate in implementation, maintenance & improvement of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP.
