As the Head of Operations at Fonstat Limited, I oversee and manage all aspects of commercial and security printing, as well as food and paper-packaging operations. I am responsible for ensuring the highest quality control standards and maintaining a seamless production process from job commencement to final delivery to the client. My role involves coordinating with various departments from Pre-Press, Design, Job Order Confirmation, Printing, Varnishing, Die-Cutting, Folding, Gluing and packaging for delivery, all to guarantee efficient workflow and timely project completion, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

As the Manager of Oasis Lodge, I direct daily operations to provide outstanding guest experiences and maintain smooth hotel services. My duties include staff supervision, handling reservations, event coordination, shuttle services to and from the airport, upholding high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. I implemented strategic improvements such as the renovation of rooms and other infrastructure to boost customer satisfaction and foster business growth, significantly contributing to the success and reputation of the hotel.

I gained invaluable firsthand experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically at FON Packaging Ventures, a leading firm in the field. I not only learned about the intricate production processes but also understood the multifaceted responsibilities of a manager. This experience taught me how to navigate and overcome challenges to ensure a successful and productive day.

I am gaining hands-on experience in sports management which is my preferred career field. Through this internship I am developing skills in talent scouting, career management, and player development. I am playing a key role in nurturing and motivating young aspiring footballers by guiding them in decision-making both on and off the field, focusing on aspects such as player agility, height, speed, discipline, and attitude towards coaches.
