Tenant Improvement Budgets: $5M to $100M · Worked with the Owners of the Golden Nugget Casino in Las Vegas Nevada, to remodel and update their interior spaces. Completed Several versions of the Rush Tower, for review and construction. · Project lead on the Fontainebleau Project coordinating the mechanical, electrical, and structural drawings into the construction set, and overseeing the construction details for the garage construction. · Worked with the Owners of both the Rio Casino and Chippendales’ Dancers to remodel their showroom from concept to certificate of occupancy. Ensured that all was ADA accessible, code compliant, and passed all inspections. Secured Certificate of Occupancy, and reviewed project closeout documents. · As a Contracted Consultant for Architects in Florida, remodeled and added a new addition to the Breezes Hotel in Nassau, Bahamas. Supervising the contractors and sending daily reports back to the owners, and the Architect. Maintained the schedule and budget. · Contracted with Architects, designed and remodeled a new addition to the resort Hedonism II outside of Negril, Jamaica. · Designed and remodeled a new addition to Hedonism III in St. Lucia in the Caribbean; as an onsite consultant.
