Responsibilities includes Encoding of salesdrafts, deposit accounts, credit vouchers, VISA retrievals, rejected accounts, telexes chargebook accounts, etc.

Resposibilities include encoding of Time Deposits, Equalizer, Inter Office Accounts, Payroll. Etc

Ensure that all goods and materials are delivered on site promptly and properly transported to avoid physical damage and delay in accordance with Purchase order and project requirements respecting budget, cost and effective control of the project for purchased materials quality control services. Lead and coordinate internal expediters and/ or expediting agencies in order to reach project goals by means of cost effective and result oriented solutions. Communicates and coordinates with all parties involved in relation to materials movements Maintains and retains logs and files, including all the relevant support documents, for all movements of materials Prepare reports on discrepancies, damages and missing cargoes. Prepare monthly reports. Identifies opportunities for improvement of processes
