* In this position, I have operationally steered across the Group: * investor relations, * asset management & treasury, * accounting & controlling, * legal & compliance & M&A & tax & company secretariat, * reinsurance, * risk controlling & solvency. * Highlights: * merger of all insurance carriers worldwide into one Belgium based insurance company (Blue Europe project), * delivery of the Euler Hermes internal Solvency 2 models, * improvement of the S&P Stand Alone Credit Profile (SACP) of Euler Hermes by upgrading the Entreprise Risk Management system and the Risk Based Capital Model. * Throughout this period the Euler Hermes share price outperformed three fold its index.

* In this position, I have operationally steered across the Group: * market management (brand, market planning, sourcing & offer management, digital business solutions, customer services and commercial systems), * commercial underwriting (standards setting, portfolio profitability monitoring, product development), * distribution (global partnership management & channel steering), * economic research (macro-economics scenario setting and communication). * Highlights: * rollout of a globally coherent organization and governance in order to offer a group wide consistent customer experience based on a new service model designed after segment specific needs, * update of the desired brand value and attributes to reflect and support the One Euler Hermes transformation ("Our knowledge serving your success"), * in order to drive market penetration: (i) design and implementation of a blueprint for growth countries (Brazil, China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, United States) and (ii) upgrade across all markets of the sales force technological environment.

* In this position, I have managed across the Group: * commercial underwriting (standards setting, portfolio profitability monitoring, product development), * distribution (global partnership management & channel steering), * commercial systems (customer extranet, CRM, ...). * Highlights: * rollout of a group wide CRM solution (Salesforce.com) and of a unified commercial performance reporting, * set up of group underwriting rules and trainings, harmonization of the group product portfolio, * development of banking distribution.

* For France and its Mediterranean affiliates (Greece, Israel, Morocco, Portugal, Spain and Turkey) representing all together # 500 M€ turnover, > 100 M€ net results, # 1.300 FTEs and 1.0 billion financial assets under management, I have operationnally steered: * asset management & treasury, * accounting & controlling & actuarial & tax, * legal & compliance & company secretariat, * reinsurance, * risk management & internal control. * Hightlights: * Global financial crisis management, * construction of the Mediterranean hub of Euler Hermes France, * IFRS / US GAAP lobbying on behalf of Euler Hermes Group (reclassification of credit insurance from IAS 39 to IFRS 4). * Chairman of the Accounting Committee of the International Credit Insurance and Surety Association (ICISA) * Contributor to the Insurance Working Group of the French Accounting Regulator (CNC) * Visiting professor in finance at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (third year students)

* For France (22 companies ranging from insurance to bank, reinsurance to asset management), I have operationally steered: * accounting & controlling & actuarial & tax, * policy administration, * organization for financial systems, * company secretariat & internal control. * Hightlights: * IFRS migration, * Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, * Oracle e-business suite rollout.

* For France (22 companies ranging from insurance to bank, reinsurance to asset management), I have operationally steered: * accounting & tax, * policy administration, * organization for financial systems. * Hightlights: * part of the Euler IPO team in 2000, * fast close implementation (reduction by 80% of the closing period), * part of the Eurofactor merger team (merger between SFF and Slifac) to build the n°1 factoring company in France and Europe.

* From junior auditor to senior auditor: * statutory audits and special engagements in the Bank and Insurance practice (70% of my time), and * in the IT specialist audit team (30% of my time) following a specific internal training. * Based on IT specialization, development of a small but regular deal flow of special engagements.

* In this position, I operationally steer across the Group: * information and grading (information gathering with a focus on proprietary exclusive information, credit assessment, solvency grading): 600+ credit analysts in 50 countries * 40 million companies proactively monitored, * risk underwriting (macro-economics scenario setting, underwriting standards setting and monitoring , credit decisions): 750+ risk underwriters in 50 countries * 20,000 credit decisions per day, € 850 billion of credit limits insured, * claims management (claims standards setting and monitoring, portfolio profitability monitoring): 200+ claims analysts in 50 countries * managing per year 261,000 files in 152 countries, * reinsurance (for Euler Hermes or distinctive schemes for its policyholders). * More specifically, I am personally engaged in: * setting the underwriting policy and risk appetite based on industry outlook per country, * sourcing reinsurance or alternative risk transfer capacity from the markets, * developing the overall risk infrastructure with a special attention to our growth markets.
