Downstream in vivo specialist for evaluation of leads from high throughput screening of large molecule libraries to identify novel antiparasitic compounds. Collaboration with medicinal chemists to optimize molecular structures for solubility, stability, and activity, towards perform preclinical evaluation of these compounds in vitro and using rodent models of infection and therapy.
