Internationale bedrijf Ford Nederland, werkzaamheden bestonden o.a. het verwerken van de interne en externe poststroom, het verwerken van mailings, het versturen van brochures en het insorteren van facturen voor alle dealers en subdealers binnen Nederland.

* De postverzorging met als resultaat de verzorging van de dagelijkse in- en uitgaande post. * De inkoop met als resultaat het beheren van de voorraad van kantoorartikelen. * De archivering met als resultaat de opslag van stukken conform de geldende voorschriften. * Het onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers van facilitaire diensten zoals TNT-Post, schoonmaakbedrijven e.d. * Het verzorgen van 1e lijns onderhoud aan kopieer- en faxapparatuur, frankeermachine, koffiemachine, en lampen vervangen e.d. * Reprowerkzaamheden, lijmen, inbinden * In het verleden leiding gegeven aan 4 personen van het facilitair Team * Ondersteuning bij interne en externe verhuizingen. (na fusie van twee banken) * Meedenken over te realiseren kostenbesparingen. * Kennis van converteermachines, TNT-MyPost en TNT-MijnPost
