Raising material requisition in IBM Maximo ERP with sourced quotations Creating purchase orders and posting delivery notes using IBM Maximo ERP Contract Management to ensure vendors/contactors conform with contract terms till completion. Filing, organizing, and matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes Reviewing supplier terms and prices regularly. Assisting the cost control department with month-end purchase invoicing with Purchase Orders.

Loading of Goods From Tema Warehouse to Various Branches eg GMC,Wassa Underground and Takoradi. Offloading of Consignment on arrival from the Tema Ports Checking and Receiving of all Consignment in ERP(Oracle), and on bin Cards. Taking Record of all Transactions in The General Ledger and on Excel Spreadsheet Checking all Material Requisition from branches,Checking Stock balances and Making Stock transfers to various Branches. Putting Goods received in their correct Bin Locations and Creating Locations for New Stock Items Running Cyclic Stocktake In The Whole Warehouse and Making the necessary Reconciliation or Stock Adjustments. Ensuring proper tagging of Packing List and bin cards on each item Packing of all fittings and labeling of all Hoses and preparing them for dispatch to various branches.

Onboarding/Review of Suppliers Sourcing of Quotations from Vendors/Potential Suppliers Preparation of the Procurement Plan Preparation of a Local Purchase Order/Award Letters Keeping in touch with suppliers and developing cordial relationship with them. Making sure all supplier information and records are up to date on our database Preparing Contract Agreement Documents Negotiating with suppliers to minimize prices of Goods Receiving and Inspection of Supplies taking into consideration the petitions of vendors and User Department.

Loading and offloading of shipment on arrival. Checking and Receiving of all Deliveries from suppliers Receiving all Deliveries in the Pulse ERP System Checking and Putting Goods delivered to their various Bin locations and on Pulse ERP System Ensuring all Goods Delivered comes with waybill and Purchase Order Attached Picking of Reorder items From Bin Location and Packaging them to Site Stores Preparing Documentations and making sure it is authorized before Goods leaves the warehouse/Stores

Monitor,Record and Investigate variance Implementing Proper and Clean Warehousing Principles daily Offloading of all Deliveries with material Handling Equipment ie Forklift, Telehandler and Integrated Carrier Tool(IT) relating to warehouse operations. Checking and Receiving of all Goods from Bankyim Stores Issuing of raw materials and other consumables to departments concerned Preparing of waybills and gate pass for final Authorization Engaging in annual stocktake process and applying measure to correct errors To ensure the proper tagging of identification slip and bin cards on each item Filing of waybills, invoices and all reports.
