a) Lead and supervise Production department. b) Under the direction of the Production Manager, review production special orders and schedule earliest delivery. c) Monitor process output to ensure that client product specification, quality and plant efficiency is sustained. d) Monitor and coordinate the implementation of 5s and GEMBA (Housekeeping). e) Investigate and escalate customer complaints and provide timely feedback for management action. f) Maintain employee and site safety in OSHA compliance for the production g) Interpret design drawings and give recommendations on best workable solutions. h) Timely dispatch of all customer orders without short supply, confirm quality, and supporting documentation at dispatch point. i) Work with both procurement and production to ensure no stock out, especially on packaging materials, also to maintain required stock level. j) Periodic stock count exercises. k) Regularly and independently, check stock balances. l) Ensure proper arrangement of materials in the store and Control inventory movements by using the First in First out (FIFO) technique. m) Receiving and verifying incoming materials in production and ensuring full documentation is accompanied. n) Capturing production in ERP system- Sage Evolution. o) Manage an inventory movement schedule on a daily basis, Checking RE-order levels) p) Ensure proper training and evaluation of production personnel and maintain records of such training. q) Ensure swift and smooth plant start-ups and shutdowns through effective handovers at the start/end of every shift.

a) Adhering to Standard Operation Procedures and observance of Good Manufacturing Practices. b) Making of Production Job Orders as per the booked Sales Orders and ensuring that each Production Job Order is executed in a timely manner. c) Analyzing back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations in liaison with the Planning Head, Head of Department and Marketing Manager. d) Ensuring that all BOM components and other Production Resources are available by timely liaison with the departments concerned and personnel. e) Planning equipment (Machine and Accessories), material and manpower requirements to execute job orders. f) Coordinating with Planning Head/Head of Department in planning and implementing engineering changes in production lines including Mold and Color Changes. g) Monitoring jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget. h) Addresses via email and phone to all I report to for issues such as machine/mold breakdowns/lack of spares when they arise aiming for minimum disruption. i) Go through all the Production Reports for updates, investigate production problems, analyze root causes, provide solutions and give feedback to HOD. j) Escalating complex issues to all I report to for issues I cannot solve for resolution via phone and email. k) Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadline by monitoring daily production status; and communicate planning problems or concerns to the Planning Head/Head of Department. l) Liaise with the Technical Team in sorting out of the machine breakdowns and keeping email records. m) Prepare production, production reconciliation and performance reports by calculating production related factors such as Machine Efficiencies, Productivity Ratios and breakdowns.
