Responsible for integrating subsurface performance analysis with system-level design requirements for the Upwing Subsurface Compressor Systems Oversees the development of early-phase technical deliverables, including reservoir analysis, wellbore modeling and the Compressor Design Input Document which guides the aerodynamic and mechanical design of the compression system. Lead reservoir engineer, responsible for surveillance of new and producing wells utilizing best practices and workflows, evaluation tools such as RTA, Nodal Analysis, Aries, design of experiment and Crystal Ball as well as Spotfire and data analytics. • Coordinated a multi-disciplinary tasks including production engineers, geologists and petrophysicists to identify wells for potential well performance treating, resulted in treating 20 wells paying out within days. • Led effort to reclassify oil wells to gas for tax savings at Railroad Commission hearings, resulting in over $5MM on tax savings.

Collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams from drilling, completion, subsurface team of geologists, geophysicists, and petrophysicists to identify workover and infill well opportunities, assisted in development of well plans, and optimized well design and drilling schedule. • Evaluated major Russian gas field with aging and water-producing wells and proposed concrete recommendation to improve field production by 10%. In addition, developed proposals for comprehensive geological and engineering study.

Led Unconventional Resource Team of experts to prepare resource estimations and a comprehensive proposal for exploration and appraisal of an Arabian Peninsula asset, the client expanded its service orders as a result. • Enabled teams to service clients across global basins at early stages of exploration and production process by integrating Weatherford’s formation evaluation products (i.e., Laboratory, Geology, LWD, Petrophysics, Wireline), resulting in more collaboration and higher sales. • Coordinated efforts to establish technical subsurface career path, completed by including 100% of geo technical staff.

Performed economic evaluation and risk / uncertainty assessments on dry gas window of Point Pleasant acreage in Ohio using PEEP, Quiklook simulator, PEEP, Crystal Ball; proposed divestiture of the asset due to lack of surface infrastructure. • Designed and implemented data collection and testing programs for first entry into Eagle Ford and Utica / Point Pleasant Shale, leading to a quick turn over to development phase.

Provided market recommendations and technical advice to VP of New Business Development

Managed a multidisciplinary subsurface team of 11 and a portfolio of multiple assets at different appraisal and development stages in Americas, Gulf of Mexico (GoM), and offshore West Africa; assembled and led technical team of project engineers, petroleum engineers, geologists, and geophysicists. • Managed BP operated GoM deepwater asset (Tubular Bells), influenced operator to reduce project well count and achieve higher efficiency, reducing total project capital expenditure estimate by 30%.

RasGas, Doha: Led reservoir simulation team and served as senior petroleum engineer for gas development project for RasGas, an ExxonMobil and Qatar Petroleum joint venture company with a targeted four billion cubic feet per day offshore gas production

Asabo Field Offshore Nigeria: Lead reservoir evaluation team for Asabo revamp project. Coordinated technical staff in Lagos and Houston. Coordinated management approvals in Lagos and Houston, across disciplines: geoscience, reservoir engineering and project

Reviewed operator development plans and recommended improvements including optimizing well locations and project costs of Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli, a 1M stbd asset offshore Caspian operated by BP. Evaluated project economics for net reserves estimates, new well endorsements, evaluation of oil export options, and ExxonMobil’s cost-carry impact; Updated and improved PEEP economic model setup.

Built reservoir models and history matched the giant North Field gas reservoirs. Led acid gas injection options. Supported JV activities. Designed and coordinated training programs for Qatari engineers.

Conducted field evaluations and provided long-term volume forecasts History-matched North Field model utilized for development expansion evaluation of the 900 trillion cubic feet asset; provided key input to the first round of terms of reference with Qatar Petroleum.

Supervised production operations, including 150 oil producers and 20 water injection wells including 30+ technicians and field personnel; Planned and supervised well stimulations, workovers, and plugging and abandoning non-economic wells; Planned and supervised restoration of environmentally impacted production sites. Provided support for optimizing sour and sweet gas production operations; Led a team to evaluate and document operational safety risks to submitted to mining authorities; Performed duties as needed for district gas operations supervisor with a production of 400 million standard cubic feet per day.
