* Responsible for the analysis of the warranty cost * Responsible for the analysis of the failures in the components and/or systems using quality tools as method of analysis and troubleshooting (MAT, 7 Steps, 8D, 5W2H, Pareto, Gant, Ishikawa) * Responsible for quality monthly meetings for performance of the equipments in warranty * Responsible for the development and implementation of corrective actions related to the current product and supporting development team for carryover items * Managing together with the global team the warranty metrics (MTBF, ACPU, R/100, CQA)

* Developments of the cabs for tractors, combines and harvesters. * Modeling of project with Pro/E and SolidWorks, contruction of prototype with frame in steel tubes, seals with rubber, green glass and air conditioning system. * Responsible for the certification PPAP using the methodology APQP. * Responsible for creating the Quality program with the implementation of 5`S and PDCA program. Coordinate the certification committee of ISO9001, deploying also the automotive quality program ISO-TS 16949. * Certification for supply the products for customers (AGCO, Agrale, Randon and Motocana)

* Responsible for suppliers of commodities machining, surface treatment, forgings and injected to the segments of steering columns, steering system (hydraulic pump) and driveline (Half Shaft). * Procedures Audit based on the requirements of Automotive customers, assessments and approval of PPAPs and analyze problems, deviation management, analysis of production capacity and follow-up projects. * Monitor error proofing, gauging, and testing devices for product conformance. * Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for process related concerns and FTQ improvements.

* Responsible for suppliers of commodities machining, forgings, metal fabrication and plastic componets; * Layered Audit Process for assessment and certification maintenance of suppliers (SRR+ Based VDA6.3); * Development of corrective actions and improvements (8D / 7Steps); * Development of APQP and PPAP in developing new suppliers; * Expertise in root cause analysis, development and approval action plans, validation of process and Poka Yokes, implementation of reinforced control plan / controlled shipments. Implementation of tools for quality assurance. * Responsible for managing new suppliers qualification process and qualification of new parts, PPAP approval. Conducting production capacity audits. (PFMEA, CP, PF, SPC, RIA) * Follow-up actions to achievement and maintenance of quality indicators (KPI's).
