My team developed and led 5 CD3 bispecific programs which entered clinical trials in heme malignancies: [BCMAxCD3 (FDA approved 2022, Teclistamab/TECVAYLI; INVENTOR on original patent); GPRC5DxCD3 (Phase 2, Talquetamab/TALVEY; INVENTOR on original patent); CD123xCD3 (Phase I); CD33xCD3 (Phase I); CD22xCD3 (Phase I); daratumumab + BCMAxCD3 or GPRC5DxCD3 (Phase I)]. My team developed the SP34 CD3 arm now used in several drugs in the field. Oncology lead for the development of the 1st Janssen CAR T platform. Generated the first Janssen-developed CAR T asset (preclinical). Lead and managed an outstanding and highly productive team.
