Director / Discovery Oncology Head of the Multiple Myeloma Discovery Group. CO-INVENTOR of TECVAYLI and TALVEY. Conceived and developed the 1st Janssen CD3 T cell redirection platform using bispecific and trispecific antibodies. My team developed and led 5 CD3 bispecific programs which entered clinical trials in heme malignancies: [BCMAxCD3 (FDA approved 2022, Teclistamab/TECVAYLI; INVENTOR on original patent); GPRC5DxCD3 (Phase 2, Talquetamab/TALVEY; INVENTOR on original patent); CD123xCD3 (Phase I); CD33xCD3 (Phase I); CD22xCD3 (Phase I); daratumumab + BCMAxCD3 or GPRC5DxCD3 (Phase I)]. My team developed the SP34 CD3 arm now used in several drugs in the field. Oncology lead for the development of the 1st Janssen CAR T platform. Generated the first Janssen-developed CAR T asset (preclinical). Lead and managed an outstanding and highly productive team.

Primary responsibility for small molecule drug discovery efforts in Epigenetics. Selected targets, recruited and managed my own team. Progressed 4 cancer projects from conception to compound optimization. Selected for talent development in the "rising star" program. Sole representative for our group to the Novartis Scientific Review Board.

First hire in Epigenetics Department. Direct experience starting and growing new research group. Areas of research centered around chromatin remodeling, histone modifications, p53 modifications, lysine methylation/demethylation and cancer.

All PhD work done at MIT (Whitehead Institute; Lab of Dr. Rudolf Jaenisch) Conceived and conducted independent research projects centered around DNA methylation and cancer. Published 6 articles, three as first author, including 2 back-to-back papers in Science.

Graduate researcher in the Cardiology Department (lab of Dr. Geoffrey S. Ginsburg). Studied the transcriptional regulation of the CETP gene, a critical factor in the metabolism of cholesterol and the pathogenesis of heart disease. Work was published in 3 scientific articles.
