This led me to try a very-low-carb diet – and since then, I’ve never looked back. Seeing firsthand the improvements in my blood glucose and then witnessing the positive impact on patients and clients — better glycemic control, sustainable weight loss, and enhanced mental clarity — solidified my belief in this way of eating. As Keto-Mojo's Medical Science Liaison, I blend my expertise and passion, providing education and support to keto-focused clinicians and researchers, creating content to support individuals on their ketogenic journey, and supporting the global keto and low-carb community to improve health and quality of life.
