Work closely with the sales team to coordinate with production, and distribution of POS equipment. Manage inside staff preparing production schedules and assigning daily tasks. Implement and establish policies, objectives, goals, and procedures, consulting with ownership, management and company officials.

Repair and maintain POS equipment and peripherals. Received Epson certification for POS printers. Trained on and paired software with POS hardware solutions for retail and restaurant.

Team lead in the roll out of a global POS roll out upgrade. Repaired and maintained POS equipment in house.

Worked for ReserveAmerica a company owned by Active Network as a Technical Service Representative. Responsible for over the phone POS technical support for customers based in the USA.

Part of the internal IT department that worked in teams of three to roll out new POS lanes and back office equipment all around British Columbia and Alberta. Once the roll out was completed I was assigned to maintain and trouble shoot POS and back office equipment in the greater Vancouver area.

Worked part-time while attending high school and college. Assisted the logistics team with shipping, receiving, and inventory management. As well as the technical department working on POS devices and systems. Received basic training on POS testing, assembly, and repair.
