Franz Rademacher, Ph.D.

I have worked on a variety of project-based teams in a diverse range of positions in my 27 years as an officer in the US Army. My skills and experiences as a leader, problem solver, and team player enable me to adapt to any situation. My Army career entailed extensive opportunities to teach and mentor mixed with direct operational experience as a planner and executer. I have led organizations with as large as 600 employees and planned operations for organizations of up to 3500. I am skilled at providing structure to complex issues, using data and intuition to make timely decisions, and collaboratively driving execution at a rapid pace. Higher education and a Ph.D. in history helped to develop outstanding written and oral communication skills. I am accomplished at building consensus and developing effective teams while maintaining an open mind toward new opportunities for growth. My goals are to continue to use my management experience and leadership abilities and transition into an operational or management role in the private sector.
