* Responsible for the carrying out of the inbound banking products promotion and inbound banking sales marketing activities to the potential customer(Up-selling and Cross-selling). * Handling, processing, filing, and following up all varying credit card complaints and inquiries. * Catering requests by clarifying the desiredly satisfactory information; finishing up transactions; forwarding requests. * Being highly literate to computer by performing multitasking jobs (simultaneously operating multiple screens on the pc) whilst having to always maintain composure under dynamic and prone-to-be volatile working situations. * Making customer reports/notes and daily self-reports. * Refining organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

* Coaching the college’ debate team. * Designing teaching curriculum for Parlimentary debate. * Assisting students to develop their public speaking skill. * Assisting the students to develop and brainstorm the ideas as to various coverage of issues: law, environment, health, education, poverty alleviation, etc. * Giving intensive monitoring and assessing the performance of the students. * Providing detailing constructive feedback
