Reconcile OTIS/MiChart transplant clinical and billing phases to ensure compliance with the Medicare Cost Report. Manage multiple complex MiChart transplant work queues on a daily basis. Including solid-organ transplant denial, charge review and router review work queues. This is to ensure the proper insurance guarantor is selected for appropriate reimbursement. Communicate on a regular basis with the Transplant Financial Coordinators and administration as to any coverage issues for our patients/facility.

* Appointment scheduling * effectively schedule patient appointments. Check-in, check-out * Ability to gather correct information (forms, waivers, any other documents), assist in scheduling any upcoming appointments in various departments while following check out instructions, collect copays and remaining balances Insurance Verification * use different resources to verify patient’s insurance eligibility and PCP assignment Telephone Communications * Create and navigate telephone encounters with efficient information to the correct sources Registration * Verify all patient demographics and insurance information with each patient encounter
