Operational Leadership Provides day‑to‑day operational leadership for a specific Boys & Girls Club location. Ensures the Club runs safely, efficiently, and in alignment with BGCD’s mission and goals. Program Management Oversees implementation of youth development programs, including academic support, STEM, and enrichment activities. Ensures programs are high‑yield, engaging, and meet organizational standard Youth Engagement & Outcomes Builds strong relationships with youth and families to support positive outcomes and participation. Ensures programs support academic success, character development, and healthy lifestyles. Community & Stakeholder Engagement Represents the Club in the community and builds partnerships with schools, donors, and local organizations. Supports fundraising and grant‑related activities as needed.
