The Asthma & Allergy Prevention Company™ is a pre-revenue medtech. Developing its pioneering Indoor Therapeutic Environmental Control™ (I-TEC™) product platform. With a suite of I-TEC Products™ enabling breakthrough medical prevention of building indoor exposure-driven lethal and chronic diseases. With the I-TEC Products™ creating and sustaining Respiratory Therapeutic Buildings™, including Respiratory Therapeutic Homes™. Disease prevention through regular occupancy of such therapeutic facilities.

Environmental services start up focused on creating allergen safe homes and related home environments for the prevention of allergic asthma, allergic rhinitis, and atopic dermatitis in atopic people.

A technology and product development entity. Company focused on identifying, acquiring, and commercially developing emerging life science technologies (e.g., oral vaccines; animal diagnostics; active packaging; clinical trial modeling and simulation software and services; and medical devices).

(The) Leading (and award winning) plant-made pharmaceuticals biotechnology company. Product portfolio includes recombinant molecules for human gastrointestinal health and wellness.

Extensive private practice included civil litigation (e.g, complex business litigation), and technology business transactions (e.g., securities, financing, business deals, regulatory compliance, and strategy). Attorney of record and advocate before California Supreme Court. Cases have included published opinions.

Prepared trial and appellate court cases and filings in State and Federal Court. Achieved status as Certified Law Student, State Bar of California (Rule 9.4.2). Also did legal research and writing for criminal defense legal treatises prepared by the firm.

Bench molecular biology research and successful development of genetically engineered hosts for high-level commercial scale production of full functional recombinant molecules.. Co-invented and co-developed genetically engineered yeast as a commercial recombinant system for recombinant pharmaceuticals and other regulated products. System used today globally to produce 15-25% of all regulated recombinant molecules, including the Hepatitis B vaccine and many other vaccines, pharmaceuticals, biologics, nutritionals, processing, and related products.

Performed laboratory research on the genetics and biochemistry of histidine biosynthesis in yeast. Worked in the laboratory of Dr. Richard Snow. Elaborated and improved for genetic transformation of yeast using autonomous replicating plasmids. Also did work on yeast gene expression through study of promoters and related DNA sequences.

Earned multiple competitive law academic achievement awards; articles editor for Lincoln Law Review; law review author (published 2 articles; 1 book review); moot trial court (winner); moot appellate court (winner); legal clinic (student participant); Certified Law Student of California State Bar (supervised pre-trial proceedings, court appearances and trials); and Teaching Assistant (multiple law courses during graduate school)

In addition, worked for two years as paid Research Assistant in the laboratory of Dr. Richard Snow in the Department of Genetics. Did original laboratory research on genetics, molecular biology and biochemistry of yeast histidine biosynthesis. Completed graduate courses in genetics, chemistry and biochemistry. Participated in lots of student activities and sports teams. Worked as Resident Adviser in on-campus student housing.

Earned multiple competitive science academic awards and scholarships. In Special Studies Biology program did two-years of original literature and laboratory research on effect of increasing atmospheric levels of carbon dioxide on agriculture plant growth, pest resistance, and yield. Participated in lots of student activities. Worked as Resident Adviser in on-campus student housing.
