For the past 18 years, I have been part of DALI’s evolution—from its roots as a Danish manufacturer to becoming one of the leading names in the global Hi-Fi segment. As Managing Director for Germany and the Benelux region, I combine strategic foresight with a deep passion for superior sound quality and sustainable brand growth.My professional foundation lies in the international high-end market. Starting with the global distribution of world-class pianos and grand pianos, I learned the art of positioning precision instruments within the premium retail sector. This experience continues to shape my success in the audio industry today. I believe a brand’s true value is measured not just in figures, but in the emotional experience it delivers to the customer.Over the last decade, I have been instrumental in establishing and leading the German and Dutch distribution networks for DALI, NAD, and Bluesound. My management style is characterized by efficiency, a strong hands-on mentality, and a commitment to empowering teams toward excellence. In my role, I serve as a bridge between the Danish parent company and the local markets, ensuring a seamless alignment of global vision and local execution.Beyond the boardroom, I am driven by the question of how we can optimize resources to achieve a positive global impact. As an advocate of Effective Altruism, I apply this rational, impact-oriented approach to my professional conduct: quality, integrity, and sustainable value creation are my top priorities.
