About
After more than 25 years working for multi-national, multi-billion dollar chemical companies as an engineer, business manager and business development, I decided to take that experience and move into providing appraisal and valuation services to industrial clients in purchasing Enterprise Appraisal Company in 2007. Since 2007, as EAC evolved, we have completed more than 2,000 appraisals in various industries, with a high concentration in the chemical process and related industries. I can bring a unique approach to appraising chemical assets, whether just equipment or the entire business entity. My engineering background (MS Chemical Engineering) and varied experiences globally in the chemical space makes me uniquely qualified to determine the value of chemical process assets. It is my intention to build on that knowledge base to assist both large and small businesses fill their needs for appraisals. Personally, I have been married for 45 years to Irene. We have two children, James, now a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Air Force, and Robin, who provides social services to children. We also have five grandchildren. We now live in St Augustine Florida, close enough to Jacksonville or Orlando to get to anywhere on the planet!
