Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders, and collaborate to address maintenance needs.  Equipment and Tool Management: Maintain and manage the inventory of equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order and properly stored.  Inspection and Record Keeping: Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
