Before I was leading Marelli's flagship business as CEO of Automotive Lighting. Prior to Marelli, I joined HELLA in 2014 taking on various leadership roles in China, USA/Mexico and Germany as CEO of HELLA Lighting and Member of the Management Board. Since the combination of Faurecia and HELLA to FORVIA in 2022, I have been President & CEO of FORVIA’s Seating business, committed to expanding the impact of the world’s 7th largest technological automotive supplier. With over 45,000 Forvians working across 77 production sites worldwide, Seating is the flagship business of FORVIA.I started my career at Mercedes-AMG, then Audi, before joining McKinsey & Company in 2009. In 2011, I ventured into aerospace heading Landing Gear Systems and North America operations for Liebherr Aerospace, before joining HELLA. For more than 20 years now, my work has been driven by a true passion for cutting-edge technology, entrepreneurship, and large-scale transformational missions in both the automotive and aerospace industry, gaining extensive experience from high-performance engineering, strategy to operations and sales.
