Frank Fazzari

Since founding Fazzari + Partners LLP in 1988, Frank has been instrumental in growing the firm, which is now over 35 strong. He has led the firm to provide more than conventional accounting services, so provides Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions and Litigation support services. Frank's leadership has led to various nominations and awards, including recognition from the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce. Clients served by Frank include private companies and high-net-worth individuals. Over his career, Frank has amassed significant experience across industries like real estate, construction, manufacturing, and distribution. Frank is distinguished with several professional designations: CPA (1988), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE, 2011), and Fellow (2013), awarded for exceptional achievements in the profession. Frank has contributed articles to journals like the Globe and Mail and has provided expert testimony in various litigation matters. Community Contributions • Independent Electricity Operator of Ontario: Board and Audit Committee member. • Humber River Hospital, Toronto: Former Board Member and Chair of the Finance Committee. Contributed to the Building Committee for a new 1.7 million square foot hospital. • Vaughan International Commercialization Centre (VICC): Advisory Board Member. • Niagara University, Vaughan: Former Chair of Advisory Council. • York Region Cycling Coalition: Board and Founding Member.
