Though I am a seasoned Hospitality real estate developer, I have many passions that I have been able to pursue throughout my career. My passion for family, good food & celebrating life’s joys carries over into the hospitality side of our business, which I co-founded with my wife Jeanne. Landmark owns & operates a portfolio of venues, boutique hotels & distinctive restaurants throughout NJ & PA. Our real success has been in building a team of talented individuals that continue to grow with us and through those that have continued on their own paths with the knowledge we shared.We also established both BlackDog Construction, LMH in-house construction firm. Black Dog Construction, enables us to control all facets of construction especially the preservation aspects. We are known for transforming historical or underutilized properties into unique, vibrant & prestigious hospitality venues We are also extremely proud of our foundations; The Art of Hospitality Workers Alliance (AHWA) and Business for Better Neighborhoods. Although the two foundations differ, both have the same mission to empower and help the hospitality community by providing support, equal opportunity, education, and legislation. Students gain the skills for positions in hospitality with a focus on entry-level front and back-of-house careers and advancement into management roles. All of Landmark’s facilities are involved in the training program acting as OTJT sites. It also supports the needs and dreams of present hospitality workers &/or their families in Hudson and Union County. Whether it is helping with immigration, career guidance, or unforeseen crises, the AHWA is a safety net that the hospitality community can rely on.
