PERSONAL: From a very young age, I spent most of my summers on construction sites with my father. He was an ambitious, hardworking man who constructed custom built homes. Watching my father and seeing his enthusiasm and love for the industry inspired me as a child, and even more after he passed away. My vision was to create a company that had credibility, a focus on long-term growth and retaining the same high ethics and personal service of a family-run operation. In 1991, with on the job training combined with my engineering and business schooling, Direct Maintenance and Renovations was established. A few short years later, in 1995, Direct Construction Company Limited was successfully created to handle larger projects and focus more on ICI type work. BUSINESS: Direct Construction is a full service general contractor with self-performing field staff and an excellent office team providing support and service to our clients. With the 2 divisions, we are properly set up to handle any call whether it is a simple service call, to constructing a building and everything in between. We understand the steps needed to help our clients succeed. The maintenance division is a leading National maintenance and service provider, providing service across Canada. Our construction division consistently provides quality workmanship, service and value beyond our clients’ expectations.
