Extensive background in law enforcement, corporate security, executive security, private security, personal protection and all aspects of investigations. I am presently employed at Golden Entertainment as the Vice President of Security Operations Laughlin. Primarily responsible for the day to day security operations of Aquarius & Edgewater properties as well as the Laughlin Event Center. *Overseeing all security personal & responsible for the safety & security for all guests and team member's. *Duties include, managing, scheduling, training, hiring and payroll for all security staff. *Develops & managing the budget for the security department. *Establishing & maintaining working relationships with local ,state, and federal law enforcement agencies to include community involvement *Working & meeting with upper management & directors in all different divisions of the properties. Overseeing all music events at the Laughlin Event Center venue.
