I am a Graduated Mining Engineer with over 17 years of experience within the Underground Gold Mining Industry. My background experience include development, equipping, stoping, and more recently my responsibilities was focused within the project environment. The exposure lends itself to extensive experience in Project Management, Strategic and Business Planning. The exciting part of the Project environment was that my responsibilities was regarding the extraction of gold bearing material through modern technology with minimum dilution (Quality output). My Leadership Style is centered on output with full Commitment, Quality, Passion and Pride. I am a value driven person and manage through leading by example, with good interpersonal skills to engage, motivate and encourage others within the working environment. Teamwork and networking enabled me to embrace continual improvement and managing change. Not only did it assist me to deliver on the promise but also in the building of strong Inter Departmental Relationships complementing the huge job satisfaction I enjoy.
