In department of Energy at Sagemcom, I am in charge of projects Of Data concentrators or Gateway to connect Electrical meters and the Head-End.

Managing a portfolio of projects (10M€ - 15M€ per project) for various European clients in the field of digital television (Set-Top Boxes). Main tasks: - Privileged coordinator / Facilitator between on one hand Europeans customers, on the other hand all the internal actors of Vantiva (SW & HW R&D, sales, after sales, finance, logistics, ....) and also the external partners of the projects (Suppliers hardware, software or accessories and factories). - Leading QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with the sales and product teams at customer sites, - Operationnal follow up (Contracts, Finance, scheduling, Quality, KPIs) - Leading regular reviews with top management, also in charge of escalations, Result: ~800,000 4K / Android Set-Top boxes delivered to European operators in the UK, Spain, Belgium, Slovakia and Moldovia.

At TECHNICOLOR (before it became VANTIVA) : - Management of a team of 22 software engineers in France, UK and Netherlands. - Development, integration, testing and maintenance of low-level drivers for Set-Top Boxes. - Resource planning based on requests from customer projects, as from Product team for new concepts or internal platforms, - Implementation of continuous integration and test automation to improve execution time, - Adoption of the AGILE method in compliance with the Technicolor ETM quality process (compliance with deadlines, quality and cost commitments), - Resource and talent management,

At TECHNICOLOR (before it became VANTIVA) : - Management of software and system integration projects for digital video decoders internationally. - Coordination of software project teams - Responsible for the integration of several access control systems as different software stacks for MW/UI - Involved in defining new projects and platforms, Some achievements: - Project manager of the 1st 4K satellite decoder based on a ViXs XCode 6400 System-on-Chip microprocessor in 2014 (NAB 2014, 1st live reception in Germany for Sky Deutschland) - Project Manager for DVB decoder products for various digital TV operators (Cable, Satellite, Terrestrial, IP): TopUpTV 6300 1st HD DVR decoder in the UK, DCI804HOT, DSI722AJS/DSI810AJS for BeIn Sport, HD/SD decoders for TPS, for TVCabo (NOS in Portugal), for TNS. Around 5 million decoders deployed,

Within THOMSON Multimedia (before becoming Technicolor then Vantiva): - For the retail market worldwide, definition of set-top boxes (Zapper and PVR) mainly for the terrestrial market in Europe (i.e.: France, Sweden) and the satellite market through different distribution channels such as in Emirates or Central Europe (STRONG). - From specification to acceptance, management of a complete software stack developed by a software partner in order to achieve worldwide deployment in the Retail market. - Definition and development of new references for the Low Cost market. - Integration of several conditional access stacks. - 2 products were awarded ‘test winners’ by two German magazines. - Follow-up of validation, field introduction and field maintenance,
