• Leading a team of electronic engineers in Vietnam, driving critical projects such as the transition of Pentair’s heat pump from New Product Introduction (NPI) to Mass Production (MP). • Orchestrating cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, purchasing, and QA to optimize processes and mitigate risks. • Spearheading the end-to-end project lifecycle, from NPI to MP, for consumer products like the Pentair heat pump. • Facilitating technical discussions with clients through regular teleconferences. • Overseeing the approval and maintenance of critical engineering documentation, including Bills of Material (BOM), Engineering Change Orders (ECN), Design Documents (DN), Qualified Parts Lists (QPL), Failure Analysis, Error Analysis (FAEA), and part drawings. • Providing technical support to the PMC and QA teams in components selection and evaluation. • Offering technical assistance to operations and customers regarding product engineering issues.

 Leading and supervising an EE team and project managers to work with OEM factories in Mainland to produce consumer products from concept design to mass production. Consumer products includes, smart control devices, radio clock alarm, WiFi/BT audio products (Airplay/Alexa using Linkplay module), power delivery devices for smartphone or tablet charging in either PD or Qi charging, basic licensed toys and toy grade BT/non BT Karaoke sound box.  Projects assignment to EE project managers.  Assisting licensed OEM factory to apply MFi approval for our products.  BT Apps API definition and specification drafting  Product concept prototype realization and feasibility study  Risk Assessment from design to manufacturing process  BOM costing control and project schedule planning  Production data analyze and failure prediction.  Field return unit analysis and reporting  New Technologies and new product concept proposal to our US headquater (NJ/SDI).  Staff recruitment
