Francisco Viscardi

Currently, I am a lawyer duly registered with the OAB/PR (Brazilian Bar Association of Paraná) under number 128.148. I graduated in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUCPR), which I entered in 2020. Since then, I have dedicated myself not only to the academic curriculum but also to deeply exploring specific areas such as tax law, business law, and constitutional law. I believe that this early specialization is fundamental to building a solid and career-oriented foundation. One aspect I consider important for a comprehensive education is language proficiency, and in this I have excelled. In addition to my native Portuguese, I am fluent in English and Spanish and have intermediate skills in French. This linguistic ability has been a significant advantage, allowing me to delve into international legal literature, participate in global debates, and collaborate on projects that transcend linguistic and cultural boundaries. Beyond academic rigor, I also highly value extracurricular experiences that enrich my education and challenge me to grow as a person and a professional. For example, I assumed the role of legal director of the Sobral Pinto Academic Center, where I led initiatives that promote academic development and the exchange of knowledge among students. This position provides me not only with the opportunity to improve my leadership and organizational skills but also to actively contribute to the student community. Another experience that shaped my university journey was my term as a State University Representative for PUCPR. In this role, I was able to represent the interests of students in relevant political and social issues while developing negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. In addition, I am the coordinator of the Altar Servers and Acolytes Ministry, where I seek to integrate ethical and moral values ​​with the practice of law, promoting social justice and service to the community. This experience taught me the importance of community service and empathy. Finally, I constantly seek opportunities to expand my theoretical and practical knowledge by actively participating in extracurricular projects related to law, such as study groups, seminars, workshops, and especially academic research. I believe this approach is fundamental to my academic training, preparing me more fully for the challenges and opportunities I will encounter in my career.
