We deliver Fit-out projects in Europe supported by our manufacturing facilities based in Portugal. Responsible for coordinating several turnkey projects through to final delivery, including budget/cost control, selection and negotiation with suppliers, works scheduling, team management, and quality control for the office fit-out projects listed below, among others: o GOOGLE Headquarters – 4.700 sqm o GOOGLE Headquarters 2 – 1.400 sqm o VODAFONE Headquarters – 13.500 sqm o CASTILHO 50 - Escritórios CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut – 6.500 sqm o SITEL – 3.000 sqm o MALHOA 19 – 6.500 sqm o OBSERVADOR Headquarters – 2.200 sqm o UBER Headquarters – 400 sqm

FF&E - Hotel Turnkey Furniture Supplier D & ID is the international brand of Grupo Catarino, working with Architects, Designers and Purchasing Companies around the world, an option of excellency in the study and implementation of solutions to interior decoration in hotels. Main activities/responsibilities: • Lead projects through bid and delivery phases to a successful handover; • Oversee and manage manufacture, logistics and delivery teams; • Negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors; • Prototype and manufacture of joinery/furniture for display and approval purposes; • Quality and specifications control; • Management of the project financial performance; • Monthly financial report; • Projects budget follow up; • Interaction with clients, designers and subcontractors; • Site supervision;
