As Product Manager for the Mobility Solutions department, my main focus was on improving the on-site experiences of Allego’s customers. My main tasks included the development and integration of new payment solutions into Allego’s portfolio, monitoring and improving existing ones. I maintained reliable communication with internal and external stakeholders and supported governance initiatives. My personal highlight of the year was the standardization and automation of payment terminal configuration. This led to a 50% reduction in configuration steps and ensured consistency across European operations, ultimately improving the overall success rate.

As Product Manager Intern for the Charging Solutions & Site design department, I gained a deep understanding of the electric vehicle & charging industry. In the first semester I undertook diverse tasks; wrote internal documentation for new products, developed commissioning guides for payment terminals, performed a competitor scan in terms of site design and developed a report for the emerging truck charging market. In the second semester I undertook my graduation assignment while also focusing on the improvement of Allego's payment solutions.

Was in charge of developing use case, business case and marketing reports, performing market research, preparing and giving presentations and undertaking management duties. I planned, organized and controlled team members to achieve specific goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Took care of the team´s name awareness and presence via social media, event assistance and Offline marketing. Ensured the company was communicating the right message to attract prospective partners and retain existing ones. The team developed a Hydrogen fuel cell vehicle in order to compete in the urban concept category of the Shell Eco-Marathon, obtaining the third place in our category in 2022.
