Supporting the Sales Efforts to offer service to our clients and customers as well as provide effective solutions in applications for API 610 Engineered Centrifugal Pumps for Oil & Gas and now focused on the Power Market and the Industrial Market. I am currently located in Mexico City Sales Offices and the Engineered Products Operations Factory in Santa Clara México, used to stay for a cross support and training at the Houston, Texas Sales Offices, where I am providing both technical and commercial support to the local teams in the quotations of our products at the time I learn every single day to take my knowledge to the very edge possible and from the experiences of my co-workers in this cross-training sponsored by Flowserve. This way we deliver better service, by saving time and expediting with quality responses directly related to my experience in the factory, attending requests from customers like Exxon, Chevron, Shell, Mobile, Phillips 66, S&B Engineers and Contractors, Westlake Chemical, Foster Wheeler, Lyondellbasell to mention some of them, My daily efforts are focused to achieve orders for the company, and give support to the Customer Service, Tendering, Sales teams around the globe.

Production and Inventory Control & Planning. Daily Preparation of Production Lines Schedule and anticipating supplemental needs. Achieve department goals by applying production planning and control techniques. Ensure Perfect Order qualification for each single order received from customers and maintaining the "On Time Delivery" metrics at no less than 90%. Complying Plant's Financial Goals by keeping in the adequate levels the volume of production and schedule, calculate and comply the inventory maximum and minimum levels as required during monthly periods.
