* In Ericcson Finance Shared Services Center (FSSC Madrid) I am responsible for the four customer company’s accountancy (Ericsson Greece, Moldavian, Macedonian and Lybia) Key responsabilities * Daily accountancy and monthly general ledger conciliations * Cash flow report. * Finance reporting and cost centers analysis * Intercompanies operations (loans, payments,…) * Customer accounts maintenance and ageing reports. * Cash Collections. * SOX controls * Accountancy services provided to my customers * Bank negotiations * Support within auditory period.

* Key responsabilities: * Accountancy of four of the companies: Preparation of annual accounts and other financial statements. * Taxation: Liquidations of Taxes (VAT, income tax, Model 340, etc) * Turnover: issuing invoices and delivery notes * Daily control of the treasury: Checking bank accounts and preparation of financial charts and Cash Flows for each of the companies. * Analysis and control of expenses and revenue and making comparative charts and reports for decision-making. * Audit of group insurance: Analysis of insurance policies, requests for new insurance brokers and search quotes.
